Sourcing Deposit
A one-time deposit is required to begin any search engagement. This deposit is non-refundable once sourcing has commenced, as it reflects the time and resources committed to actively sourcing, screening, and vetting candidates on your behalf. If a successful hire is made, the deposit is credited in full toward the placement fee.

Placement Fee
Our placement fee structure is disclosed during the discovery call and detailed in the signed Service Agreement for each individual engagement.

Cancellations
If a client wishes to pause or cancel an active search, please contact us directly to discuss next steps. Any fees already incurred for work performed remain payable as outlined in the signed Service Agreement.
